1) When do I need home care services?
When the burden is too great for family members to ensure the best care is being given to the patient, you need home care services. If your normal schedule is disrupted frequently because of caring for your loved one, then you might want to consider our home care services. It would help to identify first your specific needs then make a list of the basic things you look for or the minimum requirements you have for this kind of service.

2) How do I choose which company can help me?
Which is more important - the rates, the company's image or reputation, the caregiver's skill/personality, professionalism of the people you are dealing with or how you are actually being treated during your phone call and in-person inquiries? You should compare at least three options before making a decision.

3) Which care plan is right for me?
Define your specific situation first or your patients medical/physical condition. Then identify the areas or activities you need help with. Our Client Care Consultant will guide you through the process of defining your situation and enumerating these specific areas or activities you need help with. Please call us for an appointment. We offer this consultation or assessement for FREE.

4) How do I know which caregiver to choose? List down qualities of family members or friends who have helped you during your difficult times before. Make sure that you feel secured and comfortable with the caregiver you or your loved one will be spending more time with. Sometimes this is not obvious until after spending 3 or more times with the caregiver.

5) What are your rates?
Our rates are flexible and conditional upon determining the needs of the patient. We prefer to speak with you by telephone or in person to discuss the specifics of your needs. We can give generous discounts to our new patients so they can experience being part of our family.

6) Can I ask for a replacement caregiver?
Yes. We evaluate our caregiver's performance periodically especially after the first week to see if they meet your needs as you expected. You may call us to ask for a replacement if you are not satisfied with the caregiver assigned to you.

7) Do you accept Medical / Medicaid?
We do not accept this kind of health care plan at this time.

8) Is the assigned caregiver considered as my employee?
We want to assure you that the caregiver assigned to you is our employee and is under our payroll, that is, we pay their Federal and State Employment Taxes. Each caregiver is also covered by the required Worker's Compensation Insurance. We also want to make it clear that you are hiring us as an independent contractor so we are also not your employee.
