This is how we provide a FREE assessment of your needs:
WE will go through a series of questions about past and present
conditions to carefully identify your needs and recommend the
appropriate care plan to suit these needs. We will also match the right
caregiver profile to your requirements and preference.
WE will provide a written agreement that gives detailed description of
your care options and assist you in making the right decisions.
WE will schedule your meeting with the caregiver who will handle your
unique and specific needs.
WE will review our caregiver's performance periodically especially after
the first week to ensure that your needs are being met and we will
make the necessary replacements and adjustment in case performance
of our service falls short of your expectations. We welcome your
feedback, comments and suggestions in order to improve the quality of
our service.
